Raddit is Star's ancient, hyperintelligent companion. He resembles a small white rabbit-like animal, but his species and origin are unknown. Aloof, snarky, selectively helpful, and unwilling to explain himself, he communicates through timing, stares, blinks, gestures, tail flicks, and strategically dismissive hops.
Raddit is older than human recorded history and shares a very long past with Juno. He appeared during Star's childhood as an apparent stray and allowed her to believe keeping him was her idea. In truth, he and Juno had waited for the right successor and chose Star for her character.
Raddit can shift out of sync with ordinary perception. He remains present but becomes difficult for minds and sensors to notice. He may synchronize with selected individuals. The precise physical limits are not established.
